Buyer intent leads
Find the companies that are ready to buy this month
Buyer intent data tells you which companies are likely to be in the market right now. Coldvane turns public signals into a ranked list of people to contact, each with the reason they were picked and a verified email.
What counts as a buying signal
A signal is anything that makes it more likely a company needs what you sell soon. Coldvane watches for:
- Software on their website: the paid tools a company runs, such as chat, scheduling, analytics or marketing automation
- Job posts and new roles: hiring for the problem you solve, or a new leader who is likely to change tools
- LinkedIn engagement: comments and posts about the topic you sell into
- Website visits: companies reading your pricing or product pages
From signal to the right person
A signal points to a company. Coldvane then finds the people most likely to own the decision, such as the founder, the head of operations or the CTO, looks up their work email and verifies it. Each lead is scored for fit and timing, and the signal travels with the lead so the email can mention it.
Why intent beats a bigger list
Sending to more people with the same message lowers reply rates and wears out your domains. Sending to fewer people who each have a reason to listen does the opposite. Intent-based outreach usually means a smaller list, more replies and fewer spam complaints.
Questions
Is intent data legal to use?
Coldvane uses public signals, such as a company's own website, public job posts and public social activity, plus visits to your own site. You remain responsible for following the email laws that apply to you, such as including your address and an opt-out.
How many intent leads can I get?
It depends on your market and filters. The Growth plan includes 1,000 new leads a month, Pro 3,000 and Scale 10,000.
Can I choose which signals to use?
Yes. Each monitor lets you pick the signals, job titles, regions and company sizes that match your buyers.
