How each email is written
For every lead, the writer gets four things and nothing else:
- Who you are and what you offer, in your words
- The signal that made this lead worth contacting
- Research on the person and their company
- Any earlier emails in the sequence, so follow-ups do not repeat themselves
Two reviewers before anything is sent
Every draft is checked by a spam reviewer, which looks for wording and formatting that filters punish, and a reply reviewer, which asks whether a busy person would actually answer. Drafts that fail are rewritten. If a good draft is not ready, that lead waits; Coldvane never falls back to a generic template.
Built for replies, not for impressions
The emails are short, plain text and ask one easy question. The first email's only job is to start a conversation. Discovery questions, pricing and details come later, in the reply thread, where Coldvane also drafts your answers.
